ScalingUSA has a full Money Back Warranty for its membership clients. If a client meets certain requirements and is still not satisfied with his/her purchase, the company will issue a full refund.
In order to qualify for this warranty the client must meet each of the following requirements:
-Client must go through their onboarding call with their dedicated coach at ScalingUSA.
-Client must go through at least (10) 1-1 calls with their dedicated coach at ScalingUSA.
-Client must show proof of implementing all recommendations made by their dedicated coach at ScalingUSA on their 1-1 calls.
-Client must create and activate their USA Stripe Account as well as all recommended 3rd party financing partners, and follow the sales process layout by their dedicated coach at ScalingUSA.
-Client must take at least 50 'sales calls' by themself (not their sales team) following all recommendations made by their dedicated coach at ScalingUSA.
-Client must send at least 25 re-offers messages (sms, email or phone)
This satisfaction warranty is only for money paid to ScalingUSA minus any bonuses, and does not include any discounts, unpaid balances, or advertising or promotional costs paid to a third party (like advertising on social media platforms)
All criteria for meeting our Money Back Guarantee must be provided to our support staff via email at [email protected] within 180 days from the date of purchase. If you have not completed the actions stated above, your refund request will not be considered. Please do not contact our team for a refund if you have not taken the actions required to receive a full refund.
